Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Denver, CO)

Bright Granite Community Partners is a nonprofit in Denver supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
