Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Willow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
