Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Granite Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 207 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
