Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Fox Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
