Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
