Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charlotte area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Families are partners. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
