Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing.
