Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
