Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boise, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
