Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
