Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Boise, ID)

Northwind Lantern Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Boise area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
