Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Birmingham caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
