Stonegate Junction Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 320 people based in Austin. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
