Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Austin, TX)

Redstone Mill Civic Services works with county and city offices around Austin, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
