Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Austin area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
