Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Loom Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Austin. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
