Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Property Management is a Austin property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
