Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Austin, TX)

Lumen Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
