Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Austin, TX)

Amberfield North Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Austin. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
