Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Austin, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
