Harborlight Beacon Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
