Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Housing Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
