Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Families are partners. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
