Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tucson, AZ)

Nova North Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
