Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Wilder Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 357 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
