Bluepeak Cross Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
