Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 687 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
