Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
