Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Granite Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
