Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
