Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Salt Lake City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
