Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
