Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Summit Union Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
