Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Early Learning and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
