Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Amberfield Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
