Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Detroit. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
