Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
