Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Amberfield Bright Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
