Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Redstone Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
