Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Nova Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Spokane caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
