Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
