Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Kestrel Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
