Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Harborlight Ember Property Management looks after rental homes across the Boise area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
