Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Redstone Amber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
