Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pine Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
