Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Portland, OR)

Redstone Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Portland area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Portland. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
