Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Amber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Phoenix area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
