Harborlight Cross Civic Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
