Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
