Senior Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Granite Property Management Group is a Omaha property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
